主要研究方向：

主要围绕农产品溯源与真实性分析技术、农产品潜在污染物残留行为识别与控制开展相关研究，重点关注优质农产品生产过程及终产品的安全控制与溯源研究。开展了基于稳定同位素技术的畜产品多组学溯源研究，首先对农产品稳定同位素分布规律进行了系统研究，其次对特色产品进行了多维精准溯源研究，并对多组学数据（矿物元素、代谢组、脂质组等）开展了数据挖掘与融合和数据库构建的研究工作。
