食品污染物的精准检测、筛查确证技术研究，及暴露评估研究。尤其在真菌毒素等天然毒素的检测方法开发，生物监测，和膳食暴露领域取开展了深入研究，并获得丰富的经验和成果。

近5年来，主持1项真菌毒素国家标准修订；主持国家自然科学基金1 项（31801456），主持省部级自然科学基金1 项（7174334），参加国家级课题重大课题2 项（2018YFC1602600，2017YFC1600304）.
