主要研究方向:
主要从事农产品贮藏与加工、食品质量与安全方面的研究工作;
在果蔬采后真菌性病害的控制,及病害组织中真菌毒素的检测、消解和脱除方面具有较深入的研究。
近年来,主持国家自然科学基金地区项目2项,国家重点研发项目-子课题1项,甘肃省自然基金项目1项,甘肃省高等学校科研项目1项,甘肃农业大学“盛彤笙基金”项目2项,作为研究骨干参与并完成十二五“863”子课题1项。中国食品科学技术学会青年工作委员会委员,《保鲜与加工》期刊的青年编委,国内外多种期刊审稿人。

近年来发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and food chemistry, Food Chemistry, Postharvest Biology and Technology, Toxins等国际期刊发表SCI论文20篇,EI 论文4篇。主编撰写专著2部,参编专著4部,其中2部为英文专著。以第一完成人申请授权国家发明专利2项。
