主要研究方向为食品真实性检测,并长期从事基于核酸扩增的快速检测方法研究。围绕核酸扩增检测中的关键问题,开发高灵敏、低背景、高准确性的核酸检测技术,用于快速检测动物源性成分、食源性致病菌、动物疫病、转基因食品等。
