本人在博士期间获得博士研究生国家奖学金,成功研制大肠杆菌O157:H7快速检测设备1台,目前处于国内领先水平,并成功开发了膀胱癌快速诊断试剂盒1套,比现有病理诊断方法提前至少5天且无需手术采集生理样本。本人在主流学术期刊发表论文36篇,引用560余次,H因子14。作为第一/通讯作者发表论文17篇,如Analytical Chemistry、Chemical Communications和Biosensors & bioelectronics等。多次担任Analytica Chimica Aata、Talanta、Analyst等国际著名学术期刊特邀审稿人。授权发明专利3项,申请发明专利3项。承担国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目1项。
主要研究方向:
本人主要从事食品典型化学污染物快速检测方法与设备开发和肿瘤标志物检测方法研究。针对现有食品快检技术及快检产品前处理手段缺乏、产品假阳性及假阴性率较高、检测目标单一等缺陷,以食品非法添加物、农兽药残留、真菌毒素和类激素等典型化学污染物为研究对象,设计一系列高通量、多目标、高灵敏的快速检测方法。同时基于DNA与贵金属纳米粒子,荧光、电化学活性物质等信号分子及生物大分子的组装方法,利用其特性设计合成了多种DNA纳米生物探针,构建肿瘤标志物高灵敏、多组分同时检测的新方法。
