主要研究方向：
主要从事食源性致病菌在食品安全与控制方面的研究，主要研究内容包括：1）食源性致病菌在食品中存活的机制研究；2）食源性致病菌在食品链中的溯源性研究；3）食源性致病菌侵染对果蔬保鲜的影响。通过基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学与生物信息学结合分析食源性致病菌基因序列差异和基因表达差异，探寻致病菌对特定环境条件和食品成分的适应性和存活机制，为进一步控制食源性致病菌提供理论，以开发新的控制技术。
