主要研究方向:
主要研究方向为基于分子和原子光谱技术的食品安全快速无损检测技术研究。
具体研究包括:
(1)基于拉曼光谱、近红外光谱、激光诱导击穿光谱等多光谱融合技术,开展食品真伪性鉴定、营养和感官品质评价等工作;
(2)基于纳米材料增强拉曼光谱和激光诱导击穿光谱,开展食品风险因子如重金属、农兽药残留、加工过程危害等快速检测。
