主要研究方向:

主要研究方向为食品生物技术与海洋生化工程,利用生物发酵、生物催化与生物转化等工业生物技术,对甲壳类海洋生物资源、海洋脂质资源和海洋蛋白资源及其加工副产物进行生物法转化利用,生产功能食品和保健品等高值化产品。
