主要研究方向:

主要从事农产品深加工技术及其废弃物资源化利用领域的研究工作,构建以汽爆技术、固态发酵技术和高固酶解技术为核心的食品原料过程工程与生态产业链,研究基于食品原料特性的炼制工艺体系构建、食品加工过程数值模拟与强化放大,新型食品物理场耦合加工工艺与配套设备研发等方面。
