主要研究方向:

长期从事食品生物技术方面研究工作,主要包括益生菌的研究与开发、多糖的研究与开发、乳制品的研究与开发。主持“973”计划课题、科技支撑计划课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等科研项目30多项;获得授权发明专利66项;发表科研论文200多篇,其中第一或通讯作者收录SCI论文SCI收录120多篇;参编英文专著2部;多项研究成果已经产业化实施。
