主要研究方向:
1.食品发酵微生物组学研究
应用多维组学(宏基因组、宏转录组、宏蛋白组、代谢组)技术解析复杂生态系统(食品发酵系统)的微生物组,以探究微生物组成、功能,以及其导致的生态系统扰动。
2. 植物精深加工与综合利用
以茶叶、黄精、石斛、三七茎叶、三七花等为材料进行了精深加工与综合利用研究,已开发出固体饮料、液体饮料、袋泡茶等食品,面膜、精华液、手工皂、精油等化妆品。
