主要研究方向:
1)围绕农产品产地溯源研究,对牛肉、鸡肉、牛奶、大米、青稞等产品产地来源应用稳定同位素、矿物元素及特征化合物结合化学计量学构建产地溯源数据库及数学模型。2)围绕优质农产品真伪识别的溯源研究,应用稳定同位素、脂质组学、代谢组等手段对有机猪肉、有机鸡肉、草饲放养羊肉优质特色农产品等进行真伪识别。3)围绕稳定同位素溯源机理的研究,进一步揭示生物体内源同位素比值的变化规律及影响因素,开展了西藏大花红景天和红原牦牛奶等高值产品的碳稳定同位素分馏机理研究。4)围绕农产品质量安全领域的行业标准研制工作,主持3项农业行业标准,完成国家标准样品4项。
