主要研究方向：

主要从事食品、农产品品质安全光电快速无损检测新方法和新技术研究。始终坚持生命科学、信息科学和工程科学的多学科交叉研究，以探索食品、农产品品质安全光电快速无损检测新理论和新技术为核心，基于近红外光谱分析技术、高光谱成像技术、显微拉曼成像技术和多模态光谱融合技术等，在食品品质安全光电检测机理、关键技术与方法、检测新装备研制等方面取得了一定研究进展。近年主持了国家重点研发计划（课题、任务）、国家自然科学基金（面上、青年）、江苏省重点研发计划、江苏省产学研合作项目等国家和省部级项目10余项；第一作者发表SCI/EI论文20余篇，参编出版教材/专著3部，第一发明人授权发明专利6件。
