主要研究方向:

食品乳酸菌的相关研究,建立了乳酸菌与发酵乳产品品质与功能间的联系,并探究乳酸菌与肠道菌群共生之间的互作机制,试图通过增加对相关益生性乳酸菌的摄取来增强机体对于体外不良因素的免疫抵抗能力
