1、发酵过程中产物胁迫问题(胁迫机制、如何提高胁迫耐受性、膜在响应或耐受胁迫中的作用等);

2、生物发酵过程中染菌问题(利用生物法防控杂菌污染、杂菌污染对酿酒酵母细胞代谢及菌群关系等的影响);

3、代谢组学及其应用;

4、核酸适配体筛选及其应用。
