所受奖项:

1.黄花棘豆、甘肃棘豆中毒病综合防治研究,1991年获甘肃省科技进步三等奖。

2.1992年国务院批准获得享受政府特殊津贴。

3.苹果浓缩汁中耐热菌的PCR快速检测技术,2006年获陕西省科技进步三等奖。

4.果汁中耐热菌ELISA快速检测新技术研究及其试剂盒创制,2016年获陕西省科学技术二等奖。

5. 耐热菌快速检测试剂盒创制及应用,2018年陕西省职工优秀科技创新成果银奖。

6.  优质牛奶安全生产、评估及其活性物质综合利用研究与示范,2018年获陕西省科学技术二等奖。

 

主要研究方向:

食品化学与营养学、食品毒理学与安全性评价、细胞分子营养学、食品加工副产物深度开发与高值化利用、膳食因素对肠道菌群及健康影响、天然产物功能成分的提取分离及生物活性等。
