主要研究方向:

长期从事食品营养、微生物与胰-肠区域免疫稳态调控研究,主要开展:1)胰腺-肠道区域黏膜免疫稳态调控与机理研究;2)胰腺免疫稳态调控的新机制及营养干预研究;3)酪酸梭菌及特异性膳食纤维对机体免疫稳态的调控及其应用开发。近5年在Immunity (IF 24.2), Allergy, Front Immunol, FASEB J, Mol Nutr Food Res等食品科技、免疫学领域国际权威期刊发表一作/通讯SCI论文20余篇,总影响因子超过150,总引用787次;研究工作开创了肠稳态调控胰岛免疫稳态的新领域方向,被加拿大皇家科学院院士Robert Hancock教授等权威科学家及同行在Nature, Nat Rev Immnol, Nat Rev Microbiol, Immunity, Annu Rev Nutr, Annu Rev Immunol等免疫学、营养学领域顶级期刊做热点/正面评论,Faculty 1000 选列为推荐文章;国家自然基金委、国内外主流科学媒体(Science Daily,生物通等)对申请人的研究工作进行了亮点报道。多次受邀出席国内国际学术会议并做学术报告。基于上述创新性研究成果,还获得国家千人计划(青年)、江苏省双创团队领军人才、江苏省双创人才在内的省部级人才、科研项目10余项。
