1990年至今在南昌大学食品学院/食品科学与技术国家重点实验室从事教学与科研工作,历任助学、讲师、副教授、教授。

二级教授,博士,博士生导师,江西省百千万人才工程人选,江西省高等学校中青年学科带头人,南昌大学食品科学与技术国家重点实验室固定成员与学术带头人。获得国家级教学成果二等奖2项,江西省教学成果一等奖2项、二等奖2项,江西省自然科学三等奖2项,多次获得江西省优秀研究生毕业论文指导教师。担任学术期刊《分析试验室》、《南昌大学学报-工科版》编委。

 

 

主要研究方向:

食品中化学危害物的检测与控制、食物有效成分及化学有害物与生物分子的相互作用、功能食品与健康等。
