主要研究方向：

主要从事生物资源综合利用研究。以产业化技术为研究开发核心，以提升农产品及水产品加工产业的产品创新和技术升级。研究内容：以低值海洋生物资源及农产品加工副产物为原料，进行健康食品、保健食品及生物医学材料和贝壳空气净化材料的科研与产品开发的研究工作。主持过“863”及国家海洋公益项目等科技项目20多项。
