工作经历:
1996.7至今在合肥工业大学食品科学与工程学院工作,现任食品科学与工程学院副院长,合肥工业大学农产品加工研究院副院长。兼任安徽省农业工程学会副理事长,安徽省小麦加工产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长,安徽省设施蔬菜产业技术创新战略联盟副理事长,安徽省浓香型白酒标准化技术委员会委员。国家自然科学基金、国家星火计划、浙江省自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等项目同行评议专家;教育部科技进步奖、山西省科技进步奖、湖南省科技进步奖、安徽省专利奖等评审专家。Food and Bioprocess Technology、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry、食品科学、现代食品科技等国内外20余种期刊审稿人。
