主要研究方向:

微波加热:主要从事微波热加工方面的研究,包括工业微波灭菌,解冻,干燥技术,家用微波炉的优化设计,以及微波热加工过程中食品的品质和营养成分的变化规律及机制,为现代航空航天,军需以及快节奏的城市生活提供高品质、营养、安全的方便食品。

主持研发了具有自主知识产权的工业微波灭菌系统,已在上海海洋大学完成组装。目前已发表论文20余篇,其中SCI论文10篇,中文论文被引总次数超过120次,英文论文被引总次数超过60次,关于微波炉的研究被IFT通讯报道,并作为Journal of Food Science 封面图片特别推荐。
