主要研究方向：

1) 葡萄科茋类化合物天然产物方向 ：运用多种色谱、多维核磁共振及质谱等波谱分析方法，开展茋类化合物分离、结构鉴定；运用EPR及液相色谱/串联质谱联用技术探索茋类化合物清除单线态氧活性及机制；

2) 葡萄科茋类化合物生物合成方向：主要通过基因芯片、差减杂交技术与生物信息学的手段，开展葡萄科茋类化合物新基因的挖掘及新的基因表达调控，结合多维核磁共振、质谱和液相色谱/串联质谱联用技术跟踪生物合成中间产物，阐明葡萄科茋类化合物生物合成途径机制；

3) 葡萄科茋类化合物防御方向：主要通过化学分析和分子生物学方法，筛选可能参与茋类化合物防御逆境关键基因，结合分离得到葡萄科茋类化合物防御形成中间产物，明确茋类化合物防御逆境路径及具体机制。
