1986年毕业于北京师范大学化学系化学专业，获理学学士；1990-1991年在华东理工大学化学工程系进修化学工程专业；1999年毕业于重庆大学化学化工学院物理化学专业，获理学硕士；2003年毕业于重庆大学生物工程学院生物医学工程专业，获工学博士学位。

工作经历：

1986年7月-2002年6月在渝州大学化学及化学工程系任教，

1998年、2000年任渝州大学化学及化学工程系副主任、主任；

2002年6月-至今在重庆工商大学任教，2002年10月任重庆工商大学环境与生物工程学院院长，

2004年9月任重庆工商大学副校长。是催化与功能有机分子重庆重点实验室主任，重庆市科技创新团队“资源化学与利用”带头人
