Current research work will focus on isolation and purification of phytochemicals (such as polysaccharide, phenolics, and flavones) in local fruits and dry fruits (Yanshan mountain region), such as grape, hawthorn, almond. And the structure and physicochemical properties of these phytochemicals also been investigated.
