Major research interests involve the use of multidisciplinary methodologies from molecular biology, proteomics and metabolomics to decipher the underlying mechanisms involved in physiological and nutritional changes in fruits and vegetables during post-harvest storage and process.
Other research interests include the development of immunoaffinity chromatography and its application in pesticide and veterinary medicine residues detection.
