Research Area:
(1) Quality and safety of agricultural product
Researching on agrifood quality, safety, and risk assessment. Establishing standard or technology code for agricultural product.
(2) Postharvest storage technologies of fruits
Investigating postharvest physiologies and technologies for peach, cherry, strawberry, pear and chestnut;
Developing NIR no-destructive technology to detect fruit qualities;
Establishing standards related with fruit quality.
(3) Postharvest diseases control of fruits
Developing control methods of fruits diseases by plant extract and antagonist yeast.
