主要研究方向：

近年来主要针对当前影响我国食品加工安全问题基础研究和关键控制技术，主要研究开发食品安全的低成本、高通量检测技术，针对食品包装污染物、食品违禁添加物、食品添加剂、致病菌、生物毒素等物质建立快速同时检测技术，包括色谱技术、表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术等，研制集样品预处理、检测方法、设备器材和配套试剂的食品安全多指标联动检测技术；并结合生物防治和化学防控手段，研究基于食品加工技术的食品安全控制技术，有效降低生物毒素和包装污染物对人体的危害。目前开发的食品安全SERS检测技术走在世界的前沿，开发的生物毒素生物防控技术具有明显的中国传统特色。
