Since 1993, Dr. Lin Hetong and his research team have taken charge of more than 30 national funded R&D projects of food science and engineering / food safety and quality.

Research Area:
The research interest of Dr. Lin Hetong is post-harvest biology and technology of agricultural products especially in fruit and vegetables, innovation in food processing, storage and transportation, assessment of quality and safety of agricultural products, food safety control in food supply chains (GAP, GMP, HACCP).
