Journal of Food Safety and QualityJFSQ is an academic journal published both domestically and internationally. Its domestic uniform publication number is CN 11-5956/TS, and its international standard serial number is ISSN 2095-0381. The journal is published semi-monthly in large 16k format. It was first published in January 2010 and is the first academic journal in China dedicated to research and development in the field of food safety and quality. JFSQ is managed by State Administration for Market Regulation and sponsored by China Inspection and Testing Society, publisher is Editorial office of JFSQ. It has been indexed in the Key Magazine of China Technology, China Agriculture and Forestry Core Journals, High-Quality Scientific Journals in the Field of Food Science and Engineering, American EBSCO, British Centre for Agriculture and Bioscience International (CABI), British Food Science and Technology Abstracts (FSTA), Russian Abstract Journal (AJ),China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database (CNKI), and WanFang Data Digital Journal Group, and American Chemical Society (CAS) Content.
