主要研究方向:

长期从事非消化性碳水化合物化学与营养的研究,主要集中在活性多糖、膳食纤维、低聚糖等的制备、结构表征、改性、生物活性评价、功能机制研究和新产品开发与产业化等方面。同时在食品质量快速检测与分析方面开展部分工作
