主要研究方向:

长期从事与食品安全和环境监测相关的免疫分析的研究工作。主要是利用灵敏度高、特异性强的免疫分析方法测定食品及环境中的有毒有害小分子化合物如兽药、农药、 违禁食品添加剂、重金属离子等。具体的研究方向:

(1)       抗小分子化合物抗体的制备:

运用半抗原设计理论,对小分子化合物进行合理修饰,将修饰后的小分子化合物与载体蛋白交联合成免疫原,通过多克隆抗体及单克隆抗体制备技术,制备抗小分子化合物的抗体。已先后自制了30多种抗小分子化合物的多克隆抗体和单克隆抗体,目标物包括苏丹红一号、孔雀石绿、三聚氰胺、盐酸克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇、呋喃它酮、汞离子等。

(2)       免疫分析方法及其应用的研究:

利用自制的抗体开展多种免疫分析方法如酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)、表面增强拉曼光谱免疫分析方法(SERSIA)、化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)、免疫传感器、流动注射免疫分析、金标记免疫层析分析(ICA)、表面增强拉曼光谱免疫层析分析(SERS-ICA)等的研究,并将所建立的免疫分析方法应用于测定食品和环境中的小分子有毒有害物。

(3)       免疫分析试剂盒的研发:

对成熟的免疫分析方法进行产品研发,如:快速检测三聚氰胺、苏丹红、盐酸克伦特罗、苯乙醇胺A、沙丁胺醇、汞离子的酶免疫试剂盒和金标记免疫快速检测试剂条,已完成产业化前期准备。

(4)       功能生物材料的制备、表征及应用的研究:

近年来对磁性纳米材料、金纳米簇、量子点、碳点、胶体金、贵金属核壳纳米颗粒、分子印迹聚合物等开展研究。

(5)       高效分离方法的研究:

对样品预处理新方法和新技术(如免疫亲合层析技术、分子印迹技术)开展研究。
