      蒲公英是我国药食同源植物,来源广泛,兼具丰富的营养和药理价值。蒲公英多糖是其中重要的功能活性成分之一,国内外研究发现其具有多种生物活性。本文系统回顾了蒲公英多糖的提取纯化方法,解析了蒲公英多糖的结构特征,归纳分析了蒲公英多糖的抗氧化、抑菌、免疫调节、降血糖、抗炎、抗肿瘤等生物活性及相关作用机制,探讨了蒲公英多糖结构与其生物活性之间的构效关系,旨在为蒲公英多糖在食品和医药等方面的深度开发和应用提供重要的理论参考依据。

      Dandelion is a medicinal and edible plant in China, with a wide range of sources and rich nutritional and pharmacological value. Dandelion polysaccharide is considered one of the important bioactive components, which have attracted many attentions for various of bioactivities. In this paper, the methods of extraction and purification of polysaccharide, structural characteristics are systematically analyzed, functional properties including antioxidant, anti-bacteria, immunoregulatory effects, blood sugar reduction, anti-inflammation, anti-tumo and their influencing factors are reviewed. At the same time, the structure-activity relationship between the structure of Dandelion polysaccharide and its biological activities is discussed. It is expected to provide important theoreticalreference for the in-depth development and application of Dandelion polysaccharide in food and medicine.
