ABSTRACT: Objective Establish a method for rapid detection of nutritional components in raw milk using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy.. Methods This study used commercial raw milk as the test sample, and based on Fourier infrared spectroscopy technology, it constructs a rapid detection method for 9 parameters such moisture, protein, fat, lactose, ash, non-fat milk solids, total dry matter, relative density, and freezing point in raw milk. The precision and of the rapid detection method are evaluated by comparing it with the national standard detection results. Results The data analysis results based on F test and T test showed that there is no significant difference between the precision and accuracy of the established rapid detection method and the standard detection method. The range for F-values is 1.00 to 9.00, and the range for T-values is 0.00 to 9.30. Conclusion The rapid detection method of raw milk nutritional components established in this study can be used for high-throughput and low-cost rapid screening of raw milk nutritional components, the quality and safety of raw materials and products of dairy enterprises. |
