      目的 研制能够负载植物源活性物质如丹皮酚的多孔材料,使其具有良好的孔隙结构和负载性能,能够更好地发挥丹皮酚作为生物活性物质的作用,为制备具有保鲜功能的活性包装复合材料奠定基础。方法 通过交联法制备环糊精纳米海绵,采用红外光谱检测、X射线衍射和热重分析,判断交联效果,通过扫描电镜分析纳米海绵形貌和孔隙状态。采用浸泡法将丹皮酚负载于纳米海绵中,使用液相色谱检测分析负载效果。结果 从红外光谱分析可知交联反应获得了6种纳米海绵,原β环糊精晶体结构因为生成新的产物而不复存在。纳米海绵热稳定性相比β环糊精有所下降,获得3种孔隙形貌相对完整和均匀的纳米海绵,其对丹皮酚的负载率分别为19.70%、12.39%、9.28%。结论 合成的多孔纳米海绵负载丹皮酚效果较好,可以应用在食品或生鲜产品的活性包装中。

      Objective To research and develop the porous materials capable of loading plant-derived active substances such as paeonol, and give them favorable pore structures and loading capabilities so as to better play the role of paeonol as a bioactive substance and set up a foundation for the preparation of active packaging composite with the fresh keeping function. Methods Prepare the cyclodextrin nanosponges by cross-linking determine the cross-linking effect and thermal stability through infrared spectrum detection, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis, and analyze the morphology and pore state of nanosponges by scanning electron microscopy; load the paeonol onto the nanosponges by immersion, and analyze the loading effects through liquid chromatography detection. Results Through the infrared spectroscopic analysis,the cross-linking reaction produced 6 kinds of nanosponges containing carbonate ester bonded carbonyl peaks successfully; the crystalline structure of β-cyclodextrin disappeared due to the formation of new products:compared with the β-cyclodextrin, ; the thermal stability of nanosponges decreased.producing 3 kinds of the nanosponges with relatively complete and uniform pore structures, and with paeonol loading rates of 19.70%, 12.39%, and 9.28% respectively. Conclusion The synthetic porous nanosponges have good paeonol loading effect, and can be used in the active packages of food or fresh products.
