      目的 制备负载活性植物乳植杆菌CXG9的可食用明胶-玉米淀粉生物基复合薄膜,赋予薄膜抗菌活性和优良性能。方法 以明胶和玉米淀粉混合薄膜为基材,将植物乳植杆菌CXG9离心所得菌泥混入明胶-玉米淀粉混合液中混匀,通过溶液浇铸法制备活菌可食用复合薄膜。通过测定薄膜的表征和体外抗菌,研究植物乳植杆菌CXG9的加入对明胶-玉米淀粉薄膜的性能影响。结果 负载植物乳植杆菌CXG9的明胶-玉米淀粉复合薄膜,其紫外线阻隔能力、水蒸气透过率、断裂伸长率和热稳定性都有所改善。另一方面,活菌的加入赋予薄膜抗菌性能,对单增李斯特氏菌、志贺氏菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌和铜绿假单胞菌都有不同的抑制程度。结论 本研究选用明胶-玉米淀粉为基质,成功制备出负载了植物乳植杆菌CXG9的明胶-CXG9-玉米淀粉抗菌薄膜,降低了传统包装材料对环境的负担,为食品包装领域的开发开辟了新途径。
