      茶叶因其独特香气与保健功效深受消费者喜爱,因此茶叶质量安全尤其受到广泛关注。茶叶质量安全涉及茶叶品质与安全性,涉及农药残留、重金属、有害微生物、氟等问题,与茶叶种植、加工、贮藏等各环节紧密相关。本文从茶叶相关标准着手,聚焦农药残留、重金属、有害微生物等茶叶质量安全问题,重点总结了茶叶样本的预处理、常规检测技术、快速检测方法以及相关研究进展,旨在为茶叶产业提供全面知识框架,提升质量安全水平,促进茶产业的可持续发展。

      Tea is deeply loved by consumers for its unique aroma and health benefits, which is why tea quality and safety have garnered widespread attention. Tea quality and safety encompass tea quality and security issues related to pesticide residues, heavy metals, harmful microorganisms, among others, and are closely linked to various stages such as tea cultivation, processing, and storage. This paper starts with tea-related standards and focuses on tea quality and safety issues such as pesticide residues, heavy metals, harmful microorganisms, and fluoride, etc. It summarizes the pre-treatment of tea samples, normal detection technologies, rapid detecting methods, and relevant research progress. The aim is to provide a comprehensive knowledge framework for the tea industry, enhance quality and safety standards, and promote the sustainable development of the tea industry.
