      本研究针对火锅底料中常用香辛料的假阳性问题进行了排查,重点探讨了蒂巴因在质谱检测中的假阳性现象。通过BJS 201802方法检验发现,月桂叶与荜拨中存在与蒂巴因分子量相近的化合物,这些化合物在质谱图上产生相近的干扰峰,导致蒂巴因的准确检测受到干扰。为进一步探究干扰物成分,本研究使用了傅里叶变换质谱(FTMS)结合正压电喷雾电离(pESI)进行全质谱扫描,并初步判断干扰物与蒂巴因为非手性的同分异构体。因此,在使用BJS 201802方法检测含有香辛料类样品时,应考虑香辛料中生物碱类物质对蒂巴因的干扰,以避免出现假阳性结果。

      In this study, the problem of false positives of spices commonly used in hotpot base was investigated, focusing on the false positives of tibaine in mass spectrometry detection. Examination by the BJS 201802 method revealed the presence of compounds with similar molecular weights to tibaine in bay leaf and wicker rattle, and these compounds produced similar interfering peaks on the mass spectrometry diagrams, resulting in interference with the accurate detection of tibaine. To further investigate the composition of the interfering compounds, this study used Fourier Transform Mass Spectrometry (FTMS) coupled with Positive Electrospray Ionisation (pESI) for full mass spectral scanning and initially determined that the interfering compounds were non-chiral isomers with Tibaine. Therefore, the interference of alkaloids in spices with Tibaine should be taken into account when testing samples containing spices by the method BJS 201802 to avoid false positive results.
