目的 建立食品接触材料及制品中14种紫外线吸收剂在水性食品模拟物和化学替代溶剂(95%乙醇水溶液和异辛烷)中迁移量的高效液相色谱测试方法。方法 迁移到水性食品模拟物中的紫外线吸收剂用正己烷涡旋振荡提取两次,合并的提取液减压旋转蒸发至干,用四氢呋喃复溶;迁移至化学替代溶剂中的紫外线吸收剂,旋转蒸发至干,用四氢呋喃复溶。选用C8色谱柱分离,乙腈和水为流动相,梯度洗脱。紫外检测器在300 nm波长下检测。结果 14种紫外线吸收剂方法的检出限可以达到0.008 mg/L,定量限可达到0.02 mg/L。14种目标物在0.2~5.0 mg/L线性范围内相关系数达到0.999以上。在食品模拟物或化学替代溶剂中加添加3个水平紫外线吸收剂(0.02 mg/L、0.05 mg/L和0.50 mg/L),6次重复实验,结果显示各个化合物在各水平下的回收率在82.4%~108.0%范围内,相对标准偏差≤9.4%。结论 本方法准确、高效、简便,可用于同步检测水性模拟物与化学替代溶剂中14种紫外线吸收剂的迁移量。 |

Objective A method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for determining migration of 14 ultraviolet absorbers from food contact materials or articles into aqueous food simulants and chemical alternative solvents (95% aqueous ethanol and isooctane). Methods The ultraviolet absorbers migrated into aqueous food simulants were extracted twice with hexane by vortex shaking, and the combined extracts were rotary evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure and re-solubilized with tetrahydrofuran; the UV absorbers migrated into chemical alternative solvents were rotary evaporated to dryness and re-solubilized with tetrahydrofuran. The separation was carried out on a C8 column using acetonitrile and water as mobile phases with gradient elution. The analytes were detected by ultraviolet detector at 300 nm. Results The limits of detection of the 14 ultraviolet absorbers could reach 0.008 mg/L, and the limits of quantification could reach 0.02 mg/L. The correlation coefficients of the 14 targets reached more than 0.999 in the linear range of 0.2~5.0 mg/L. The ultraviolet absorbers was added to food simulants or chemical alternative solvents at three levels (0.02 mg/L, 0.05 mg/L and 0.50 mg/L) in six replicate experiments,and the results showed that the recoveries of the compounds at each level ranged from 82.4% to 108.0% with the relative standard deviations no more than 9.4%. Conclusion This method is accurate, efficient, simple, and can be used for simultaneous determination of the migration of 14 ultraviolet absorbers in aqueous simulants and chemical alternative solvents. |
