目的 为研究一种合适的增敏剂,改进电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定食品中总砷的准确度。方法 称取0.3g食品样品,用超级微波进行消解,然后用碰撞模式减少质谱干扰,用内标校正非质谱干扰,选择乙酸、异丙醇、甲醇、乙醇作为增敏剂,并调节和优化添加的增敏剂浓度,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定砷的响应值。结果 在异丙醇含量为4%时,砷元素响应值最高。用建立的方法对食品标准物质(GSB-1a、GSB-6a)及实际样品进行分析,标准物质测定值均在其认定值及不确定度范围内,相对误差小于2.0%;结论 此方法操作简便、精密度好、准确度高,可以作为各类食品样品中总砷含量测试方法。 |

Objective:To study a suitable sensitizer and improve the accuracy of MMA (ICP-MS) in food.Method:weigh 0.3g food samples, with super microwave, then use collision mode to reduce mass spectrometry interference, correction of mass spectrometry interference with internal standard, select acetic acid, isopropyl alcohol, methanol, ethanol as a sensitizer, and adjust and optimize the added sensitizer concentration, with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry to determine the response of arsenic.Results: At an isopropanol content of 4%, the response value of arsenic element is the highest.
