目的 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定桃中喹啉铜的分析方法,并研究喹啉铜在桃中的残留及其膳食风险评估。方法 样品经乙腈-10%冰乙酸匀浆提取,盐析离心,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析检测,外标法定量。结果 在0.0025~0.25mg/L范围内呈线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999;添加浓度为0.01~1.00 mg/kg时,喹啉铜的平均回收率范围为85%~108%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~6.0%,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。喹啉铜在桃中的残留消解动态规律符合一级动力学反应模型,宁夏、北京市、山东省、四川省三地喹啉铜在桃中的消解半衰期分别为13.9 、9.9 、7.7 、23.1 ,决定系数在0.635~0.948,施药14 d后,? 喹啉铜在桃样品中残留量均低于0.92 mg/kg。膳食风险评估表明,膳食风险评估表明, 施药14? d后,一般人群膳食风险概率均远小100%。结论?? 该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高, 可用于桃中喹啉铜的残留检测。最终残留量实验显示,喹啉铜残留量未超过已制定的最大残留限量,对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of oxine-copper in peach based on ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry? (UPLC-MS/MS), and study the residual behavior and dietary risk assessment of oxine-copper in peach. Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonic with acetonitrile-10% acetic solution, centrifuged after salting out, detected by UPLC-MS/MS, and quantified by external standard method. Results There was a good linear relationship? in the range of 0.0025 to 0.25mg/L, and the correlation coefficients was 0.999; In the range of 0.01 to 1.00 mg/kg; the average recoveries of oxine-copper in grape ranged from 85 to 108%, with the relative standard deviation (RSDs) was 1.4 to 6.0%, and the limit of quantification was 0.01 mg/kg. The dissipation process of oxine-copper in peach followed a first-order kinetic model. The dissipation half-lives of oxine-copper in peach from Ningxia, Beijing, Shandong and Sichuan were 13.9, 9.9, 7.7 and 23.1 days, respectively, and the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.635 to 0.948, the final residual amount of fluconazole and its metabolites in grape samples was less than 0.92 mg/kg 14 days after application. The dietary risk assessment showed that after 14 d of application, the probability of dietary intake risk was less than 100%. Conclusion ?? This method is simple, accurate, and highly sensitive, and is suitable for the residual detection oxine-copper in peach. The final results indicate that the residual levels of oxine-copper in peach. vinifera do not exceed the temporary limit specified by the standard, and the dietary risk for is acceptable. |
