目的 对市售不同产地婴幼儿配方奶粉中脂肪酸的组成和含量进行研究。方法 通过气相色谱法分析来自4个不同产地的32批次婴幼儿配方奶粉中的脂肪酸组成, 比较不同产地奶粉中脂肪酸的种类和含量, 并根据国家标准对脂肪酸含量进行评估。结果 不同产地婴幼儿配方奶粉中脂肪酸的组成和含量存在差异, 特别是在短链饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸的含量上。这些差异可能受到奶源种类、饲养条件、添加的动植物油种类及比例和生产工艺等因素的影响。结论 所有产地的配方奶粉样品中脂肪酸的种类和含量均满足国家标准的要求, 但不同产地之间在某些脂肪酸的含量上存在显著差异。本研究结果可为婴幼儿配方奶粉的选择和奶粉配方中脂肪酸组成和含量的优化提供参考。 |

Objective To study the composition and content of fatty acids in infant formula milk powder from different origins on the market. Methods The composition of fatty acids in 32 batches of infant formula milk powder from 4 different origins was analyzed using gas chromatography. The types and contents of fatty acids in milk powders from various origins were compared, and the fatty acid content was evaluated according to national standards. Results There were differences in the composition and content of fatty acids in infant formula milk powder from different origins, especially in the content of short-chain saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids. These differences might be influenced by factors such as the type of milk source, feeding conditions, type and proportion of added animal and vegetable oils, and production process. Conclusion The types and contents of fatty acids in samples of formula milk powder from all origins meet the requirements of national standards, but there are significant differences in the content of certain fatty acids between different origins. The findings of this study can provide guidance for selecting infant formula milk powder and optimizing the composition and content of fatty acids in milk powder formulations. |
