      目的 研究乙烯利对党参表型及主要活性成分含量的影响。方法 本研究选取了来自甘肃省党参主产区12个区县的共计90批党参样本作为研究对象。采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定党参中乙烯利残留量。采用液相色谱法同时测定党参中党参苷I、党参炔苷及色氨酸的含量。综合运用统计分析方法, 深入分析党参表型特征、活性成分含量与乙烯利残留量之间的相关性, 进而全面评价乙烯利施用对党参品质的影响。结果 随着党参样本中乙烯利残留量的增加, 党参表型发生了显著变化, 具体表现为直径增长21.3%、重量增加36.9%, 而支根数量则相对减少了38.9%。在活性成分方面, 党参苷I的含量则显著下降了39.4%, 色氨酸的含量则有所上升。结论 乙烯利对党参质量有一定的影响, 建议在党参规范化种植过程中应管控乙烯利的使用, 以确保党参的质量安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effects of ethephon on the phenotype and content of main active components of Codonopsis pilosula. Methods A total of 90 batches of Codonopsis pilosula samples from 12 districts and Counties in Gansu Province were selected as research objects. The residual amount of ethephon in Codonopsis pilosula was determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Simultaneous determination of codonoside I, codonoside and tryptophan in Codonoside pilosula was established by high performance liquid chromatography. The correlation between phenotypic characteristics, active ingredient content and ethephon residue of Codonopsis pilosula was analyzed comprehensively by statistical analysis method, and then the effects of ethephon application on the quality of Codonopsis pilosula was evaluated comprehensively. Results With the increase of the residual amount of ethephon in Codonopsis pilosula samples, the phenotype of the Codonopsis pilosula changed significantly, which showed that the diameter increased by 21.3%, the weight increased by 36.9%, and the number of branches decreased by 38.9%. In terms of active ingredients, the content of codonopsis I decreased significantly by 39.4%, while the content of tryptophan increased. Conclusion Ethephon has significant effects on the quality of Codonopsis pilosula. It is suggested that the use of ethephon should be controlled during the standardized cultivation of Codonopsis pilosula to ensure the quality and safety of Codonopsis pilosula pilosula.
