      目的 统计分析2023年坚果及其制品在欧盟食品和饲料快速预警系统(rapid alert system for food and feed, RASFF)中的通报案例, 确定坚果及其制品面临的主要食品安全问题。方法 以2023年RASFF中关于坚果及制品的通报数据为依据, 统计出坚果及制品的通报数量、通报类型、通报国家及占比、通报原因及占比等, 并对结果进行评价。结果 2023年RASFF食品类通报共4170例, 其中关于坚果及其制品的通报共510例。涉及26个国家及地区, 其中希腊和荷兰共259例, 中国6例。通报类型中边境拒绝通报最多, 为345例, 危害类别主要为霉菌毒素和微生物污染, 分别229例和98例。结论 欧盟占据坚果产品市场的主导地位, 其坚果进口主要风险因素为霉菌毒素和微生物污染。真菌毒素污染是我国食品出口欧盟的重要阻碍。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the cases of nuts and products notified under the European Union rapid alert system for food and feed (RASFF) in 2023 and identify the main food safety issues faced by nuts and products. Methods Based on the notification data of nuts and products in the RASFF in 2023, to calculate the number and the type of notifications for nuts and products, notification countries and proportion, notification reasons and proportion, and then the results were evaluated. Results In 2023, the 4170 cases of RASFF food notifications were reported including 510 cases of nuts and their products. The notifications involved 26 countries and regions, of which 259 cases had been reported by Greece and the Netherlands and 6 cases had been reported by China. Among the notification types, the border refusal was notied the most (345 cases), and the main harm categories were mycotoxins and microbial contamination (229 cases and 98 cases, respectively). Conclusion The European Union dominates the nut product market, and the main risk factors for nut imports are mycotoxins and microbial contamination. Mycotoxin pollution is an important obstacle to the export of Chinese food to European Union.
