目的 优化了新疆、甘肃、宁夏三地区枸杞中链格孢酚(AOH)、腾毒素(TEN)、交链孢霉烯(ALT)3种真菌毒素的QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。并探讨3地区真菌毒素含量投资分析。方法 本实验采用改良的QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS)对枸杞中真菌毒素进行测定,分析新疆、甘肃、宁夏三地区枸杞中真菌毒素分布特征,试验结果表明,3种毒素在正级模式下均有响应,流动相水相中加入0.1%甲酸,有机相采用甲酸水条件下,各目标化合物分离度和灵敏度较好。结果 90份枸杞样品中AOH检出率为55.6%,TEN检出率为100%,ALT检出率为100%,79.68%的枸杞样品受到了两种以上真菌毒素污染,在新疆、甘肃、宁夏三地区中真菌毒素含量ALT总含量(48.34%)>AOH总含量(47.33%)>TEN总含量(4.33%)。结论 该方法简单准确,适用于枸杞中真菌毒素的同时检测,ALT、TEN的检出率较高,混合污染情况普遍,并且呈现出一定的地区和品种差异。 |

ABSTRACT: Objective The method of Quechers-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography -tandem mass spectrometry for the analysis of three mycotoxins in Lycium barbarum L. from Xinjiang, Gansu and Ningxia was optimized. The investment analysis of mycotoxin content in 3 regions was also discussed. Methods In this experiment, the modified Quechers-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS) was used to determine the mycotoxins in Lycium barbarum L. and the distribution characteristics of mycotoxins in Xinjiang, Gansu and Ningxia were analyzed. The test results showed that the three toxins all responded under positive mode. When 0.1% formic acid was added into the mobile phase and the organic phase was formic acid water, the separation degree and sensitivity of the target compounds were better. Results The detection rates of AOH, TEN and ALT in the 90 samples were 55.6%, 100% and 100%, respectively. 79.68% of the samples were contaminated with more than two kinds of mycotoxins. In Xinjiang, Gansu and Ningxia, the total mycotoxin content of ALT (48.34%) >AOH (47.33%) >TEN (4.33%). Conclusions The method is simple and accurate, and is suitable for simultaneous detection of mycotoxins in Lycium barbarum L. The detection rate of ALT and TEN is high, and the mixed contamination is common. |
