目的 为明确京津冀产区梨农药残留问题,开展农药残留分析及膳食暴露风险评估。方法 对采自京津冀产区的187份梨样品进行农药残留检测和分析,通过%ADI(慢性膳食摄入风险)和%ARfD(急性膳食摄入风险)进行农药残留慢性膳食摄入风险评估和急性膳食摄入风险评估,借鉴英国兽药残留委员会兽药残留风险排序矩阵进行农药风险排序。结果(1)187份梨样品中有19种农药检出,检出率为0.53%~64.71%;其中未登记农药有10种,无MRL值的农药有6种,超标农药有3种;检出率在25%以上的农药有3种,分别是多菌灵、噻虫胺和噻虫嗪。(2)检出的19种农药的慢性膳食摄入风险(%ADI)在0.00%~1.44%之间,急性膳食摄入风险(%ARfD)在0.04%~9.96%之间。(3)根据各农药的残留风险得分,农药残留风险较高的为克百威、敌敌畏、毒死蜱和吡虫啉。结论 京津冀产区梨样品的农药残留合格率较高(97.86%),整体农药残留膳食摄入风险远低于100%,不会对人体健康造成危害。 |

Objective To clarify the problem of pesticide residues in pears in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei production area, a pesticide residue analysis and dietary exposure risk assessment were conducted.. Methods Pesticide residue detection and analysis was performed on 187 pear samples collected from the production base located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Chronic dietary intake risk assessment and acute dietary intake risk assessment of pesticide residue were conducted using% ADI (The chronic dietary intake risk) and% ARfD (the acute dietary intake risk), respectively. Additionally, the risk ranking of pesticides is determined by reference to the veterinary drug residue risk ranking matrix of the UK Veterinary Drug Residues Committee. Results (1) 19 pesticides were detected in 187 pear samples, with detection rates ranging from 0.53% to 64.71%. Among them, there are 10 unregistered pesticides, 6 pesticides without MRL values, and 3 pesticides exceeding the standard. There are three pesticides with a detection rate of over 25%, namely carbendazim, clothianidinand, and thiamethoxam. (2) The chronic dietary intake risk (% ADI) of the 19 pesticides varied between 0.00% and 1.44%, and the acute dietary intake risk (% ARfD) ranged from 0.04% to 9.96%. (3) According to the residual risk scores of each pesticide, carbofuran, dichlorovos, chlorifos, and imidacloprid have higher residual risks. Conclusion The qualified rate of pesticide residues in pear samples from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei production area is relatively high (97.86%), and the overall dietary intake risk of pesticide residues is [1]much lower than 100%, which will not cause harm to human health. |
