      我国桑叶资源丰富,已被国家卫生部列入“既是食品又是药品”的植物资源名单。具有很高的营养价值和抗癌、降血糖、降胆固醇、抗氧化等多重功效,对多种疾病的防治具有显著的潜在意义。本文介绍了桑叶的主要活性成分和生物活性,归纳了桑叶在食品行业、饲料行业以及其他相关行业中的具体应用。此外还展望了桑叶的开发利用现状和未来的研究方向以及广阔的应用前景,旨在为推动蚕桑产业发展、丰富食品种类、挖掘资源潜力、促进科学研究以及带动产业链发展提供参考依据。

      In China, mulberry leaf abound in resources and have been enlisted in the list of plant resources that are "both food and medicine" by the Ministry of Health.. It has high nutritional value and multiple effects, such as anti-cancer, lowering blood sugar, lowering cholesterol, and anti-oxidation, and has significant potential significance for the prevention and treatment of various diseases.. This article introduces the main active components and biological activities of mulberry leaf, and summarizes the specific applications of mulberry leaf in the food industry, the feed industry and other related industries. In addition, the current situation ofdevelopment and utilization of mulberry leaf, future research directions and broad application prospects have also been prospected. The purpose is to provide reference bases for promoting the development of the sericulture industry, enriching the types of food, tapping the potential of resources, promoting scientific research, and driving the development of the industrial chain.
