目的 调查海南省野菜重金属污染情况,并进行风险评估。方法 采集本地常见17种野菜,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法及原子荧光光谱法对其进行重金属含量测定,并进行相关性及主成分分析,采用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗综合污染指数法、目标危害指数法对结果进行风险评估。结果 采集野菜中5种重金属的最大检出值均低于国家限量标准的50%,Cd检出率最高;5种重金属元素之间无显著相关性;Pb、Cr、Cd是野菜中特征重金属元素;采集野菜均处于清洁水平,污染等级为安全;具有健康风险的重金属主要是As和Cd,野茼蒿和树仔菜带来的健康风险要高于其余种类。结论 海南省野菜中重金属来源各不相同,污染等级均为安全,其中As和Cd具有较高健康风险,野菜种类方面,野茼蒿和树仔菜存在较高健康风险。 |

Objective To investigate the heavy metal pollution situation of wild vegetables in Hainan Province and conduct risk assessment. Methods 17 kinds of common local wild vegetables were collected, and measured for the content of heavy metal by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy, conductd correlation and principal component analysis, and the single factor pollution index, the Nemerow comprehensive pollution index and the target hazard index method were used to evaluate the risk of the results. Results The maximum detection values of 5 kinds of heavy metals in the collected wild vegetables were all below 50% of the national limit standards, with Cd having the highest detection rate. There was no significant correlation between 5 kinds of heavy metal elements. Pb, Cr and Cd were the characteristic heavy metal elements in wild vegetables. The collected wild vegetables were all at a clean level, and the pollution level was safe. The heavy metals with high health risks were mainly As and Cd, and the health risks posed by Crassocephalum crepidioides and Sauropus androgynus were higher than those of other types. Conclusion The sources of heavy metals in wild vegetables in Hainan Province are different, and the pollution levels are all safe. Among them, As and Cd have higher health risks. In terms of wild vegetable species, Crassocephalum crepidioides and Sauropus Androgynus have higher health risks. |
