目的:通过灰色关联分析方法分析收集的不同产区的30批酒萸肉,对其质量进行评价。方法:对30批样品按照《中国药典》2020年版一部进行水分、总灰分、浸出物、莫诺苷、马钱苷的测定,并借助灰色关联分析方法,以相对关联度为酒萸肉质量评价标准,建立评价酒萸肉的灰色关联分析模型。结果:酒萸肉饮片相对关联度介于0.3627~0.6445之间,说明各批次酒萸肉样品的品质具有差距,可用于对其质量进行评价,通过对不同产地的酒萸肉饮片相对关联度分析,相对关联度越大,表明其质量越好,与传统鉴别经验结果一致。结论:该方法可为酒萸肉的等级划分和综合质量评价提供参考。 |

Objective To analyze and evaluate the quality of 30 batches of Jiuyu Pork from different production areas using grey correlation analysis method. Method 30 batches of samples were determined for moisture, total ash, extract, mononucleoside, and loganin in accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. By using the grey correlation analysis method and using relative correlation degree as the quality evaluation standard for Jiuyu Pork, a grey correlation analysis model was established to evaluate Jiuyu Pork. Result The relative correlation degree of Jiuyu Pork decoction pieces is between 0.3627 and 0.6445, indicating that there is a difference in the quality of each batch of Jiuyu Pork samples, which can be used to evaluate their quality. Through the analysis of the relative correlation degree of Jiuyu Pork decoction pieces from different regions, the larger the relative correlation degree, the better the quality, which is consistent with traditional identification experience results. Conclusion This method can provide reference for the grading and comprehensive quality evaluation of Jiuyu Pork. |
