多溴二苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers, PBDEs)是一种持久性有机污染物, 具有环境污染持久性、长距离传输性、生物富集性和强生物毒性。PBDEs同时也是国家“新污染物治理行动方案”中重点管控新型污染物, 对人体健康危害主要表现在肝脏毒性、神经毒性、生殖发育毒性以及甲状腺等内分泌干扰毒性, 严重危害人体健康和社会可持续发展。本文主要介绍PBDEs检测的主要前处理技术和分析方法的应用及优缺点, 同时详细综述了畜禽肉、水产品、蔬菜、蛋类、谷物类、乳制品及饮用水等不同食品基质中PBDEs的检测技术研究现状, 归纳国内外不同领域PBDEs标准化现状, 提出食品中PBDEs检测存在的技术难点和未来发展方向, 以期为食品领域中PBDEs安全监测技术推广和标准制定提供研究思路。 |
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) are a class of persistent organic pollutant, with the properties of persistent environmental pollution, biological accumulation, long-distance migration, environmental durability and strong biotoxicity. It is also a new pollutant under the “National Action Plan for the Treatment of New Pollutants”. The harm to human health is mainly manifested in liver toxicity, neurotoxicity, reproductive and developmental toxicity, thyroid and other endocrine interference toxicity, which seriously endangers human survival and development. This paper mainly introduced the application, advantages and disadvantages of the main pretreatment technologies and analysis methods for PBDEs detection. Meanwhile, the research status of PBDEs detection technology in different food substrates such as livestock and poultry meat, aquatic products, vegetables, eggs, grains, dairy products and drinking water was reviewed in detail, and the standardization status of PBDEs in different fields at domestic and international was summarized. It also analyzed the technical difficulties and future development direction of PBDEs, with a view to providing research ideas for the application and promotion of PBDEs safety monitoring technology and formulation of standards in the food safety. |
