      目的 建立不同产地栀子32种矿物元素的含量分析方法, 并探讨栀子产地鉴别的可行性。方法 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry, ICP-AES)对国内5个主产区75份栀子中32种矿物元素的含量进行测定, 采用方差分析、主成分分析、逐步判别分析等方法进行统计与评价。结果 栀子中32种矿物元素的含量在产地间差异显著(P?0.05); Pb、Cd、Hg、Cu、As重金属含量均在安全限度以内; 通过逐步判别分析筛选出Na、Mg、P、K、Ca、Sc、Mn、Sr、Sn、Ba 10种矿物元素构建产地鉴别函数, 判别模型的初始分组和交叉验证正确率均为100%。结论 不同产地栀子矿物元素的分布各具特征且差异显著, 逐步判别分析是栀子产地鉴别的有效方法。

      Objective To establish analytical methods for 32 kinds of mineral elements of Gardenia jasminoides from different origins, and explore the feasibility of origin identification of Gardenia jasminoides through metrological methods. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) were used to determine the content of 32 kinds of mineral elements in 75 samples of Gardenia jasminoides from 5 major production areas in China. Statistical analysis and evaluation were conducted using methods such as analysis of variance, principal component analysis, and stepwise discrimination analysis. Results There were significant differences (P<0.05) in the content of 32 kinds of mineral elements among different origins. The levels of heavy metals such as Pb, Cd, Hg, Cu, and as were within safe limits. Ten mineral elements, namely Na, Mg, P, K, Ca, Sc, Mn, Sr, Sn and Ba, were selected stepwise to construct a discriminatory function for origin identification. The initial grouping and cross-validation accuracy of the discriminatory model were both 100%. Conclusion The distribution of mineral elements in Gardenia jasminoides from different origins is distinct and significantly different, and stepwise discrimination analysis is an effective method for origin identification of Gardenia jasminoides.
